Welcome to the 17th IC4e 2026

2026 17th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4e) will be held in Fukuoka, Japan during April 1-4, 2026.

Conference Theme: "Innovating E-Systems for a Smarter Future"

E-education, e-business, e-management, and e-learning are vital pillars of the digital society's development. With the deep integration of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies, these fields are undergoing rapid transformation. E-education breaks traditional educational boundaries of time and space, e-business accelerates the digitalization of global trade, e-management enhances the efficiency of public services and business operations, and e-learning optimizes knowledge dissemination and learning experiences. These domains have become central drivers of technological innovation and sustainable socio-economic development.

The 17th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4E 2026) will be held in Fukuoka, Japan during April 1-4, 2026, co-sponsored by the Beijing Spring Institute of Education Technology, China and Kyushu University, Japan, with technical support from Purdue University Northwest, USA, Southern University of Science and Technology, China, De La Salle University-Manila, Philippines, China West Normal University, China, Bulacan State University, Philippines, and Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.

Following the success of previous IC4E conferences in Dubai (UAE), Toronto (Canada), Doha (Qatar), Penang (Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), San Diego (USA), Ritsumeikan University (Osaka, Japan), Waseda University, Japan (Tokyo, Japan), and Fukuoka (Japan), we warmly invite authors to submit original research papers and progress reports on topics related to e-education, e-business, e-management, and e-learning.

We encourage all esteemed authors to contribute to the conference by submitting research abstracts, full papers, and e-posters to help shape this event. Additionally, we invite high-quality, original, and unpublished contributions in all areas of e-education, e- business, e-management, and e-learning, including conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical studies. Submissions should address the themes and topics of the conference and may include charts, graphs, and references showcasing novel research materials.

Call for Special Sessions

IC4e 2026 solicits proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Proceedings

Accepted papers will be published into IC4e 2026 Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus. Welcome you to submit the paper by Easychair Submission System.

1. Submit papers of at least 5 pages in length, single-column style as template, including including figures, tables & references , which will be presented in oral presentations. In addition, we welcome abstracts & papers which will be presented in formal presentation sessions.
2. Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words if you only want to do presentation at the conference.
3. Submit papers in PDF (Portable Document Format) and ensure that they are compatible with Adobe Acrobat (English version). Other formats, including Postscript, will not be accepted. Avoid using any special characters or non-standard fonts.
